COOPER Design Build added seismic upgrades for earthquake resilience and water-penetration mitigation to help the home weather Pacific Northwest winters.

COOPER’s designers devoted equal attention to the upper and lower levels of the home. The roomy master suite upstairs boasts two walk-in closets with windows and a master bathroom soaked in southern light throughout the day.
The basement level features a built-in wood bar and wine cabinet adjacent to a family room with a fireplace. A private guest quarters is provided off the family room next to a second laundry area and abundant storage space.
This beautiful home is in northeast Portland’s historic Irvington neighborhood, a district known for its stately homes on large lots.
The Irvington Historic District was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.
