The 20th Annual Portland Tour of Remodeled Homes runs May 4th and 5th to showcase the latest trends in home remodeling. Showcasing the best and brightest remodelers in our area, this tour is an excellent opportunity to view their completed work and interact with the teams behind the design.
Each home on the tour is located in a different area, allowing for a unique, diverse representation of home styles that exist within the Portland metro area.
This year, we are proud to showcase two unique remodeling projects on the tour. Our first, a charming Craftsman home in a historic, tree-lined Portland neighborhood brilliantly plays with color and texture throughout, all while keeping the vintage charm of the home intact. Our second home on the tour is a stunning property in Lake Oswego. A whole house remodel featuring both indoor and outdoor living additions, this amazing home keeps year-round entertainment in mind with a handsome wood & copper bar, sparkling pool with integrated hot tub, plus more than a few exciting bonus features! What to Expect
Each home will bring something unique to the table. Decide which neighborhood or area of town you’d like to explore first. Upon arrival, you will receive a show magazine with a map to every tour home location. The homes will be on both sides of the river (conveniently along the I-5 corridor)- but please plan accordingly for travel time throughout the day(s)!
Each ticket grants you access to each of the 8 homes on both days of the tour.
We suggest you bring along a notepad, pen or pencil, and perhaps a tablet or iPad to help keep track of all the details that catch your attention. Be sure to use your time inside these gorgeous homes to jot down any designs or concepts you find interesting. Take the time to examine each home's design style, and take note of each unique or compelling feature.
Talk with the Remodelers
The tour's featured remodelers and many from their team will be on hand to discuss their vision and provide expert advice. This is an invaluable resource for those planning on remodeling their home, or in the early stages of interviewing for a contractor or design-build remodeler. You may want to make note of who you speak with throughout the day and what you enjoyed most about their expertise and personality!
